Are you looking for some tips to lose weight?   Our first tip is to change the way you think about food.  Whatever you do, DO NOT believe most

"myths" about what foods are "good for you" and "healthy."  There really should be some sort of standard involved in determining

what is or is not "healthy."  And don't believe the words "diet," "light," or "sugar-free."  The truth is that the artificial sweeteners used

in "diet" sodas are more harmful that the sugar they replaced.  The cure is worse than the disease.

    So if we can't believe what everyone is telling us (especially the advertisers), then what tips to lose weight do we have for you?  As

we've already stated, change the way you think about food.    If you want to lose weight, you have to change your mind set first--THEN you

can change your diet.  Think more about how you will look and feel a year from now, and less about how you will look and feel a week
